Following your package

Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the label is created. The link shows every scan: warehouse pickup, carrier handoff, in transit, out for delivery and delivered.

When tracking seems frozen

Carriers can take up to 48 hours to post the first scan after a label is made. That wait is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

Something is off?

No new scans for more than 3 business days, or marked delivered but missing? Email support@veilmoorofc-store.com with your order number and we will start the carrier claim for you.
