Edits and cancellations

Contact us as soon as you can. While the order is still at the warehouse we can change the address, add items or cancel it. Once the label prints, most changes are no longer possible.

Hard soil, fog that rises instead of rolling, a prop that tilts? Write to us. Our team puts up its own yard display every year and is happy to talk you through it.
