Shipping from US warehouses

Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days and is free on orders over $99. Express takes 3–4 business days.

Arriving before Halloween

Halloween 2026 is on Saturday, October 31. We plan every delivery to arrive by Friday, October 30, so it is set up before the first knock on the door.

Past the standard cutoff?

Express still arrives on time if you order by Friday, October 23. After that, product pages state that delivery comes after Halloween.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed once the label is printed — see Order Tracking. If tracking stalls for more than 3 business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.

Fixing an address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot an error, email support@veilmoorofc-store.com right away — we can usually correct it before shipping. Packages returned as undeliverable are refunded minus the shipping already paid.

Lost, late or damaged

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged). We file the claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
