Frequent Questions

What is the last day to order for Halloween?

Standard shipping: Tuesday, October 20. Express: Friday, October 23. Each product page shows its delivery date and warns you before checkout if it cannot arrive in time.

Will the props stand up to weather?

Wind-tested items include real anchoring hardware and are rated for gusts up to 25 mph when installed as directed. Resin and fabric props are built for outdoor use during the season; bring electronics inside before a big storm.

Is a power adapter included?

Yes. Plug-in props ship with a UL/ETL-listed adapter, and the product page lists cord length so you can plan extension cords before delivery.

Can I send back a prop that is too scary?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. See Return Policy.

Do you deliver outside the US?

Not this season. We ship to addresses in all 50 states.

Is it all in stock?

Anything you can add to your cart is in a US warehouse. Sold-out items come off the site instead of taking orders we cannot fill before Halloween.

How is sales tax worked out?

Checkout calculates tax from your shipping address and your state's rules. The total you see before paying is what you pay.

What if I miss the cutoff?

From October 20 to October 23, only express still arrives before Halloween, and product pages say so. After that, product pages state that delivery will come after Halloween.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes, while the order is still at the warehouse. Email your order number right away. After the label prints the carrier has the package; you can refuse it or return it.

Can I return something I used on Halloween night?

No. Returns cover unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. If a prop stopped working while set up, the warranty covers it — contact us.

Is there a warranty?

Manufacturing defects are covered through January 31 of the year after purchase: motors that stop, lights that fail, seams that split. Normal wear, storm damage and setups that skip the instructions are not covered.

My animatronic is not turning on.

Make sure the adapter is fully plugged in and the switch is on TRY-ME, not OFF — that fixes about half of these. If it still will not start, email us a photo of the prop and the adapter label with your order number and we send a replacement. Returning the faulty one costs you nothing.
